Provide a short description of the Position: Support, maintain, and enhance DOH Vital Records applications as required.


Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: To support, make enhancements, and maintain the existing SPDS, EDRS, and other Vital Records (VR) applications. This PTP includes maintenance staff for the following purposes: . Support and maintain the SPDS application. . Converting some EDRS/SFRDS project HBITS positions to maintenance HBITS positions. As EDRS and SFDRS are implemented some of the positions used to implement the software are needed to maintain it. . Additional program-desired, minor enhancements from Lean reviews. . Implement several technology-driven changes, such as migrating application databases to Oracle c, migrate application software to Java and Weblogic , and migrate from Sybase databases.
