Strong experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot
Retail industry exposure you understand transactions, volume, and tight deadlines
RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL databases are familiar territory
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile ways of working
A calm head when things get busy (because pressure exist where success lurks)
