Lead the design and development of complex web and mobile application features. Create detailed system requirement specifications and technical design documents. Develop high-quality, maintainable code using best practices. Write and execute unit tests to ensure performance and functionality. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; coordinate bug fixes and releases. Provide regular status updates and escalate challenges as needed.
