Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills-
7+ years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Hands‑on experience with Kafka and event‑driven architectures
Experience building cloud‑native systems (Azure preferred)
Strong experience with Azure SQL and relational data modeling
Experience integrating legacy systems with modern cloud platforms
System & Delivery Experience-
Experience supporting high‑volume, real‑time transactional systems
Strong debugging, root‑cause analysis, and production support skills
Experience supporting UAT, pilots, and production rollouts
Comfortable working across development, testing, and operational phases
