About the Role
Overview
As a Java Developer (Collections), you'll play a key role in delivering critical enhancements for enterprise‑level banking systems. This role spans the full SDLC - from requirements and design to development, testing, deployment, and post‑release support. You will:
- Drive technical delivery across requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with system analysts, developers, and cross‑functional teams across the region.
- Maintain system documentation, data mappings, and ensure smooth system integration.
- Oversee technical risks, testing (SIT/UAT/Performance/Security), and deployment processes.
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and support innovative engineering workflows.
