About the Role
A Senior Back-End Java Developer is required to support a major Government transformation programme focused on Identity and Access Management. You will deliver enhancements, new features, and BAU activity within a continuous improvement squad. The role includes supporting the re?platforming of an IDAM service to Azure Kubernetes Service and contributing to modern DevOps-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance scalable back-end systems in a cloud environment
- Lead technical design discussions and translate requirements into solutions
- Support incident and change management
- Contribute to technical strategy and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively while independently owning Jira-based work items
- Strong Identity and Access Management knowledge
- Experience integrating with at least one IDAM platform (ForgeRock, One Identity, Okta, Azure AD, Auth0)
