Santam Technology Services (STS) has a career opportunity for an intermediate Java Developer in the SantamRe / Business Delivery department which will be based in the Western Cape
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java / React applications.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Develop and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including testing.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and standards
Prepare and produce release documents for software migration to production.
Qualifications And Experience
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' java development experience
Solid experience in Spring Boot, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with JUnit, Apache Maven, Hibernate ORM.
