Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers and UI engineers.
Design and oversee development of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Ensure high-quality code through reviews, best practices, and coding standards.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Drive end-to-end delivery, including planning, estimation, execution, and release.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Support React-based front-end teams and ensure smooth backend–frontend integration.
