Job Description

We are seeking dedicated janitors to join our team, working across 1st to 3rd shifts at our Ferndale location, specializing in the production of hummus and salsa. The work environment is within a food and beverage setting, with most areas being cold due to refrigeration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from production areas and sanitize trash cans and receptacles before returning them to the floor.
• Remove cardboard from production areas, clean and sanitize cardboard carts or bins before returning them to the floor, and keep recycling and non-recycling waste streams separate.
• Sweep and remove debris regularly, pick up trash and debris from the floor, and squeegee any puddles or standing water at least once per hour in all areas.
• Clean and sanitize all internal employee doors and door frames at least once per shift.
