Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as SharePoint Developer
- Experience conducting CAB Meetings
- Tracking all IT production changes and reporting on completion rate, success rate, resources required, and production outages
- Experience monitoring SLA’s for the incident and ensuring ticket is not breached
Responsibilities
- Monitoring day-to-day incidents getting created and assigning the tickets to appropriate teams if not assigned properly.
- Planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in the release of a system or system update into the production environment.
