JOB SUMMARY

SERVICE SPECIALIST
A customer-centric technical position offering side by side troubleshooting, diagnostics, and support for all Apple devices. A Mac and iOS certified repair technician and lead technical expert.

PARTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Efficiently process all warranty parts claims and related activities in accordance with Apple warranty guidelines and procedures.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or any Computer-Related Course. At least basic experience in Customer Service or as an Engineer in Site.
