Job description:

The IT Staff/ AV Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance, managing company computer systems, operating software and equipments, responding and coordinating with all the department in terms of technical issues and request. Monitoring and resolving daily technical issues, providing administrative support and other related duties assigned by the manager.

• Monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems and networks
• Providing technical support to all department
• Responding and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
• Testing, repairing, and replacing equipment
• Installs and configures software and hardware
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
