We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC client based in Pune.
We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Admin/ Developer.
Job Description:
- Strong conceptual and practical understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), asset lifecycle processes and ITIL‑aligned service management.
- In‑depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform with specific hands‑on exposure to CMDB, ITAM/HAM/SAM modules, discovery, integration patterns and reporting in a production multi‑instance or multi‑site environment.
- Familiarity with common discovery and inventory tools (e.g., SCCM/ConfigMgr, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, OEM management tools, EDA vendor tools) and their integration to ServiceNow or similar ITAM platforms.
