The Opportunity
We are partnering with a high growth fintech to appoint an experienced ITAM Manager to lead a critical Application Management function supporting business critical platforms.
This is a senior leadership role managing an established onshore and nearshore team within a collaborative and technically strong environment. The business is entering a significant phase of scale, and requires a structured, commercially aware leader who can strengthen alignment between Product and Engineering, bring clarity to roadmapping and expectations, and prepare the function for continued growth.
While the role is primarily hands off, it carries senior accountability as the escalation point during major incidents and service events.
