IT - WMS Support Associate

The WMS Support Analyst supports and maintains the Boltrics Dynamics WMS, ensuring effective system configuration, integration, and best-practice processes. The role acts as a key liaison between business, operations, and IT, supports WMS implementations and user training at Americold facilities, and 24/7 on-call support as part of the IT Supply Chain Systems team.
