Job description
- Responsible for troubleshooting, configuration and technical support of networking and security equipment (such as network devices, CCTV, access control, etc.).
- Assist sales team with technical enquiries and product support.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in IT, Computer, Electronic or related field.
- Networking knowledge.
- Experience in networking, CCTV and security system products is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
