IT Technical Support

60,000 to 75,000 plus HMO (start at Day 1) and additional benefits
Reporting Onsite 1 to 3 days at Diliman, Quezon City
Contractual (1 year) - for regularization after the contract.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily Mulesoft integration processes and resolve issues quickly
• Work closely with developers to support smooth system integrations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide solutions for integration errors efficiently
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for team reference and audits
• Collaborate with business users for proper workflow and system alignment
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities regularly
• Share knowledge to help teammates grow skills and efficiency
• Balance tasks while learning new tools for career progression
