Salary Range : Up to RM 5,000
Location : IOI Business Park, Bandar Puchong Jaya
Working Hours : 8.00am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to provide front-line IT assistance, ensure system reliability, and support end-users across hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize systems while delivering excellent customer service and technical guidance.

- Provide first-line technical assistance to end-users and partners for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and related IT infrastructure for both cloud and on-premise systems.
