Position Overview

ICF is currently seeking an IT Technical Support Project Manager to provide Program Support Services (PSS) for the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE). The purpose of this project is to assist the client in enabling state and tribal child support agencies to better comply with federal law and improve enforcement and service delivery through program and IT management, technical support, training/communications, and data access services. The IT Technical Support Project Manager is a senior technical leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the delivery of technical support services across a complex federal information technology portfolio.
