IT Technical Support

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintains the computer systems and network of an organization. He is also responsible for providing assistance and support to employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

● Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks

● Keeps track of all IT related assets and maintains the record up-to-date.

● Responds promptly to service issues and requests

● Performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates

● Setting up accounts for new users

● Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

● Performs other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

● Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related courses.
