About the Role
Full Job Description:
- Handle RMA devices; test devices to determine if they are working properly. If issues can be resolved through basic troubleshooting, the device will be repaired and returned to the customer.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment such as CCTV systems, network devices ( gateways, access points, and switches), and other devices including biometrics, intercom systems, and servers.
- Answer inquires of customer regarding to their issues in products
Qualification:
- problem-solving skills
- At least High School/Senior High graduate
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating online tools
- Working experience is not required
