Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar are a plus
• Computer literate; good communication and technical skills
