IT Technical Support

The IT Technical Support performs a variety of skilled technical work in the installation, maintenance; repair of IT related equipment and software. Duties are performed in a highly customer oriented organization, where the exercise of excellent customer service, team work and relations is paramount. Additional duties include operating, monitoring and servicing multiple communications devices involving both voice and data networks. Diagnose and repair voice and network infrastructure. The employee is expected to exercise considerable initiative and judgment in planning and organizing work, carrying out the work process and modifying plans to meet unexpected situations.

Responsibilities:

1. Performs installation, configuration, and maintenance and provides on-going usability of IT related equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
