IT Technical Support Intern

The Intern will support the IT Department in day-to-day technical operations, assist with system maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide support for IT projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support, infrastructure monitoring and system maintenance.
• Assist in coordination incident management, change implementation and asset updates to maintain compliance with Genting Plantations' IT governance standards.
• To undertake any ad-hoc matters assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 4 to 6 months.
