Job Description

Responsibilities

• Install and update software: Install new software and update existing software
• Maintain hardware: Service and maintain hardware, such as printers and projectors
• Run networks: Monitor and maintain computer networks
• Troubleshoot: Find and fix faults in hardware and software
• Train users: Provide training on how to use hardware and software
• Document issues: Record issues and solutions, and update online databases
• Set up new equipment: Set up new equipment and upgrade existing systems
