IT Technical Support Analyst

IT Field Engineer – Based in Cardiff or Bristol
£35,700 + up to 15% bonus + ECOP Car | 45 hours per week
Renault Retail Group is looking for a supportive and proactive IT Field Engineer to join our UK IT team. You’ll help keep technology running smoothly across our dealerships and work with colleagues who value clarity, professionalism and collaboration.
What you’ll do
* Provide on-site IT support across multiple dealerships
* Resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
* Deploy laptops, desktops, telephony and user devices
* Support installations, upgrades and maintenance
* Work with the IT/IS Manager on process improvements
* Deliver 1st–3rd line support and escalate when required
* Manage helpdesk tickets and incoming requests
* Complete system checks and routine maintenance
* Document technical processes clearly
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
