- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and associated peripheral equipment.
- Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees with IT setup and training.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
