IT Technical Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an IT Technical Engineer to provide technical support, maintain medical informatics solutions, and assist with system implementations at client sites. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT technical support for existing installations, both remotely and on-site.
• Conduct regular system health checks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Track and review sites in post-implementation stages for maintenance proposals and billing.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines or trades.
• Assist the Project Manager in system implementation activities, including new and upgraded installations.
