About the Role
**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a dynamic professional to support, enhance, and lead Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and **Industry 4.0** digital transformation initiatives at our Phaltan site. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in **Apriso MES** along with exposure to analytics, low-code development, and IT infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Implement, configure, and support **Apriso MES** and related manufacturing IT systems
+ Lead and support **Industry 4.0 initiatives** such as IoT sensor integration, digital data flows, automation, and connected factory systems
+ Develop real-time dashboards and analytics using **Power BI** to drive data-based decision-making
+ Build and maintain digital applications using **Power Apps / Mendix**
+ Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams to digitize workflows and improve process efficiency
