Seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to take ownership of the Modern Workplace and End User Computing (EUC) ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee Microsoft 365, Windows, device management and end‑user experience, while coordinating workloads across a small support team.

This is a hands‑on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys improving environments, uplifting standards and ensuring staff have a seamless technology experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and continually enhance the Modern Workplace stack (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Windows).
• Manage all EUC services including devices, support processes and end‑user experience.
