Your mission
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows servers, hardwares, and related services.
- Manage and monitor Azure cloud services, MS Suites, and data center environments.
- Provide daily technical support to users, resolving issues through ticketing systems and direct assistance.
- Oversee network components, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
- Implement IT security practices and contribute to maintaining a secure infrastructure.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
- Be the point of contact for external suppliers.
- Support the On- and Off boarding processes
