IT Support Technician

Overview

Crosslinx Transit Solutions Maintenance (CTSM) is seeking hands-on IT Support Technician to keep our technology infrastructure running on one of Canada's most significant transit projects — the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Line.

Provides day-to-day IT support and administration across the project. The incumbent manages servers, administers laptops and workstations, supports end-users, and maintains the Microsoft 365 environment — ensuring all staff have reliable access to the systems and tools they need.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests from project staff.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning and account management.
• Administer user accounts, licenses, and security groups in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID / Active Directory).
