Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a dynamic IT Care team responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support and contributing to the future workplace environment. The role combines technical support, incident management, hardware and software administration, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and support end-user hardware, software, and workplace solutions.
- Handle service requests, access management requests, and technical support incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, printing, and connectivity issues.
- Log, track, and document incidents and requests through the ITSM platform.
