IT Support Technician

Overview

Propact is seeking a disciplined and proactive IT Support Technician to support day-to-day IT operations and execution across the organisation.

This role acts as the internal coordination point between Propact and the Outsourced IT Team, while also supporting Partners, HR, and the Outsourcing department in operational follow-through.

Responsibilities

• This is not a technical engineering role. It is a structured coordination and control role focused on: ownership and issue resolution, FAR control and IT procurement coordination, and confidentiality and compliance discipline.

IT Vendor Coordination

• Act as the single internal point of contact for the Outsourced IT Team.
• Log, monitor, chase, and escalate IT issues until full resolution.
• Maintain a structured internal IT issue tracker.
• Ensure closure updates are documented and communicated clearly.
