About the Role

Job Description
Excellent opportunity for an Enthusiastic Apprentice ICT Support Technician to join a school ICT Support team based in Horsham. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Network Manager, and will be required to work as part of a small team providing 1st line support to staff & students, and assist with the day to day operation of the Support Team – this includes supporting and maintaining over 500 network PC stations & classrooms with interactive TVs. You will also be required to undertake a criminal record check via the DBS. 
Position Overview 
Install and configure computer hardware, printers, software, systems, networks and ensure the latest software upgrades are implemented

Setup equipment such as PC, laptops, mobile devices, and other specialist equipment, ensuring systems are ready for use. 

Deliver hardware and resources to work areas and offices as required
