IT Support Specialist – End User Computing
Job Type: Adhoc/On Call/Casual Basis/Dispatch

Work Location: Onsite / In Person
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, remote access, or deskside visits as required.
- Respond to IT issues including installation of external devices, desktops, laptops, hardware diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and general software support.
- Deliver Smart Hands and Feet support when required, including POS and PowerShell scripting.
- Manage inventory of new and replacement equipment; diagnose hardware faults, record relevant details (serial number, location, etc.), and coordinate with the Service Desk for repair services.
- Perform IMAC/D tasks – installation, decommissioning, cascades, moves, adds, and changes of EUC equipment and software.
