Key Responsibilities:
-Provide daily technical support to staff in the office (hardware, software, network).
-Troubleshoot and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Groundhog or similar).
-Maintain, update, and troubleshoot company WordPress websites and plugins.
-Manage domains, hosting, add-ons, and server connections.
-Handle web development tasks (e.g., using page builders or updating content).
-Set up new devices and ensure 2FA/security compliance across platforms.
-Liaise with external tech providers when needed.
