About the Role

Responsibilities
 :Confidence in handling stressful situations
A demonstrated drive to continually learn, grow, and improve
Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
IT Support experience with the following:Windows OS device support & managementApple iOS and Android mobile device support & management
Working knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and SSO tools such as Entra ID, PingID, OneLogin, and Okta
Google workspace Administration
Microsoft Exchange
Own, create and or improve processes and procedures enabling best practices
Build, maintain and grow internal relationships, drive deliverables and outcomes and
Gain exposure to some of the complex tasks with the help of Senior Engineers and Support Staff.
