IT Support Mid-Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join a U.S.-based technology services team. In this technical role, you will take ownership of complex infrastructure environments, lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, and help optimize IT systems for a diverse client base.

Duties / Task to perform

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS environments.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server and other server infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, and server systems.
• Manage local networks, IP addressing, DNS, and email systems.
• Install and maintain antivirus, firewall, VPN, and security tools (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, ...
