About the Role
- Provide software administration and technical support as an on-site engineer
- Diagnose, troubleshoots and solve hardware and software problems.
- Configures basic parameter on routing and switching
- Monitors on the success rate of the software and hardware deployment.
- Managing Avaya PABX as administrator.
- Access port configuration to ensure end devices will have access in respect to network connectivity.
- Maintaining Verint call recording and submits reports.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4year IT/Computer related course
- With 1 years experience as Onsite Support or any relevant experience
- Must be willing to report onsite and can start as soon as possible
