The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth network and hardware operations across the organization.

- Provide day-to-day IT support to users (hardware, software, systems)
- Manage and troubleshoot networking issues (LAN, internet, connectivity)
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
