About the Role
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Intern who is keen to gain hands-on experience in a real work environment. This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates with strong IT knowledge and interest in technical support and systems management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software
• Troubleshoot basic IT, system, and network-related issues
• Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
• Support cabling, wiring, and network setup activities
• Monitor systems and report any abnormalities
• Assist in maintaining security systems, including CCTV cameras
• Provide general technical support as assigned
