IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in the setup and maintenance of company dedicated network lines and infrastructure.

• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including PCs, network systems, and CCTV systems.

• Provide technical support and services to internal users; troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain IT asset inventory for computers and related equipment, ensure proper allocation and safe usage.

Manage network security, data and file security, user computer security, and coordinate the disposal of obsolete electronic equipment in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure operations.

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory (AD) administration and maintenance.
