Your Role

As an IT Support Engineer , you will provide high-level technical support to end-users, acting as the first point of contact for complex infrastructure issues. You will be responsible for:

• Infrastructure Management: Administering Office 365 and managing user identities across On-Prem AD, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), and Hybrid setups.
• Identity & Access: Handling critical tasks such as account unlocking in hybrid environments and password resets.
• Security & Compliance: Performing security breach checks and ensuring endpoint protection.
• Network Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues involving WiFi, LAN,...
