What You’ll Do
- Provide end-user support across Windows and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Manage Microsoft 365 users (non-Global Admin)
- Support SaaS applications
- Assist with VoIP / Teams calling issues
- Perform basic networking troubleshooting for remote users
- Maintain documentation and asset tracking
- Implement controlled changes (permissions, access adjustments)
