IT Support Engineer

PFH Technology is currently looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our client’s expanding Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in an IT Support or Desktop Support role
• Deliver top-quality IT support to end-users both onsite and remotely via helpdesk systems and in person
• Provide real-time onsite technical support to resolve hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10, laptops, tablets, printers, and wireless/LAN networks
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Stage and prepare hardware for new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Perform Active Directory user and group administration
• Amend privileges and security permissions on server shares
