About the Role

Technical Support:

  • Respond to and resolve IT support requests and tickets.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and network services.
  • Develop and maintain manuals, and other support documentation.

Incident Management:

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
  • Document all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.

IT Infrastructure Administration and Maintenance:

  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, routers, switches, and firewalls.
