IT Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

· Attend to customers and resolve their issues.

· Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently

· Troubleshooting, Maintenance of the existing programs/ issues.

· Determining operational practicality.

· Deploying software tools, processes and metrics.

· Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.

· Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts

Requirements:

· At least Diploma/ Degree in IT/Computer Science

· Minimum 1 years of working experience. However, fresh graduate from IT background are encouraged to apply

· Basic knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS is preferred

· Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
