IT Support Engineer

Location: Singapore (On-site)

Salary: Up to S$3,000/month + Yearly Bonus

• Provide on-site IT support with a strong focus on customer service and user satisfaction.
• Handle service cases escalated by the helpdesk, ensuring timely updates, proper closure, and accurate service report documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support software distribution, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Install, maintain, and reinstall inventory scanning and software distribution agents on IT assets.
• Assist with hardware deployment, device cloning, and agent reinstallation when required.
• Prepare detailed reports for disposed IT assets to support asset tracking.
