IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users both physically and remotely.
  

• Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
  

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  

• Organize, monitor, and maintain IT assets and resources.
  

• Assist in IT operations including cybersecurity practices, programming support, analytics tasks, data center activities, and maintaining IT inventory.
